About Scott

Life Coach & Author,
Leadership Mentor.

Scott Friedman is a life coach and leadership coach on a lifelong quest to live in peace with himself. For over 40 years, daily meditation has led him to discover the methods for achieving our deepest dreams and realizing true joy.

Thought coaching is the process of becoming increasingly aware and accepting of our thoughts. Our thoughts — and the life they create — automatically improve simply by being more aware and accepting of their existence.

Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, his podcast Spiritual Principles Made Practical, and 14 published books, Scott helps individuals and organizations shift from unconscious, reactive living to conscious, joy-driven choices.

Two Big Problems
with Our Thinking

01

The Problem: We try to make bad thoughts go away.

Negative thoughts lose power when acknowledged and given permission to exist — even though we choose not to act on them. Fighting them only gives them greater power.

02

The Problem: Many of our most controlling thoughts are unconscious.

We are controlled by unconscious thoughts. To have true choice and freedom, we must move thoughts from the unconscious to the conscious.

Thought coaching helps us accept and reduce the influence of negative thoughts while giving us a greater ability to act on positive thoughts — thereby improving our life.

A Few Kind Words

What People Say

"The value Scott brings to a conversation is uplifting. He always has a positive thought even when there does not seem to be one. He can take a story that does not seem positive and put a positive twist on it. Scott can take almost any incident in his life or the life of others and turn it into a win-win situation."

— Wendee

"When Scott presents his various topics, it causes me to STOP & realize that I should rearrange my thinking regarding my life. You talk about healing ourselves, so that we can help the world heal."

— Ken
